Excellent hotel, staff and food.
Liked: Restaurant on site with excellent menu and good range of G-F options.Breakfast was amazing- excellent selection and range of food types Very helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Online it was described as 1.5 miles from the airport. It took our taxi driver much longer to get there than it did for the shuttle bus to take us back to the airport the following morning!!! Hence our taxi bill was higher than expected!!!It was impossible to find out where to go to get the shuttle bus from T2 to the hotel - hence we ended up with an unnecessary & expensive taxi bill.

Great location - close to...
Liked: The Holiday Inn Express was being renovated so we were were upgraded to the Crowne Plaza. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were friendly and breakfast was fantastic!

A really comfy stay with...
Liked: Staff were both friendly and accommodating. My son (who may be an adult but still wants mum with him)had hospital visits so was both tired and irritable but receptionist made him smile and feel welcome. This helped take the grouch out of him.
Disliked: The plug in the sink of our room was impossible to lift. The toilet wasn’t keen on flushing. We had to leave and go home ☹️.

Good
Liked: Super friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nice big, comfy bed, good value, love having a sparkling water dispenser on every floor. I always stay here when I travel to Dublin, mostly because the workers are so lovely.
Disliked: The decor is a little dated, but it isn't a big deal. The breakfast is usually good, but it was awful this time. I stay here regularly, and I assume this was just a glitch. I wish they had handheld shower heads, or provided washcloths. The restaurant is ok, but pricy. Still, a nice place to stay.
