good as always, helpful and...

Liked: Friendly welcoming staff, usual comfortable room with very good bathroom, free Wi-Fi, breakfast and parking included in price. Despite being so close to the M5 no traffic noise due to good double glazing.
Disliked: Maybe a choice of egg for breakfast, all Holiday Inn Express hotels seem to only do scrambled.

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: The room was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was well prepared and presented.
Disliked: The aircorn was making noise maybe it's because we failed to adjust it.

Weekend in Droitwich

Liked: Good location next to M5 motorway, good size rooms well equipped including accessible rooms, good facilities and comfortable beds. Price includes breakfast.
Disliked: Car park a bit small.
