Exceptional

Liked: Friendly and accommodating staff.
Disliked: While sitting out the back door we were rolled up on by 2 people on bikes, one with no seat, wanting cigarettes. Was concerned because I didn't see any security cameras on that side of the building. The fake stone is also falling off the whole building.

Disappointing

Liked: Nice location and pleasant staff
Disliked: Rooms (2/2) smelled like they had been smoked in, bathroom door would not latch and kept swinging open during the night and creaking. The bathroom consistently smells of sewage.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. Great assortment.
Disliked: Our room smelled funny. 211 I think…Pull out bed (couch) had some stains on it. Stain on carpet. Faucet in shower was coming out of the wallWater pressure in sink was extremely low. Hard to wash your hands Reserved for 5 people and only had 4 towels. Got more.
