Comfortable and convenient.

Liked: The location was Great. The Starbucks coupon was great. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The elevator was slow, the Wi-Fi was mediocre at best. There were some loud guests but it wasnt terrible.

Exceptional

Liked: Friendly and accommodating staff.
Disliked: While sitting out the back door we were rolled up on by 2 people on bikes, one with no seat, wanting cigarettes. Was concerned because I didn't see any security cameras on that side of the building. The fake stone is also falling off the whole building.

Disappointing

Liked: Nice location and pleasant staff
Disliked: Rooms (2/2) smelled like they had been smoked in, bathroom door would not latch and kept swinging open during the night and creaking. The bathroom consistently smells of sewage.
