Disliked: Back trash alley, staff pushing dumpsters thru valet area to a freight elevator. Had to call front desk several times…room was too hot-they brought up a fan, bathroom sink kept clogging-took about hour for water to go out, maintenance tried fixing but obviously on day 2, it was still the same, shower head kept falling off hose fixture. Front desk decided to offer another room. It didn’t make sense being that we were checking out the next day. Even though the daily parking ($100+ tax) for 2 days was taken off the bill, I Will never stay again.

Okay. I wish I had...

Liked: The breakfast had a variety of options. The location was 5 minutes away from an event I needed to attend.
Disliked: I requested two rooms with two full size beds. We had two rooms with one bed. Our family was in tight quarters with no microwave or fridge.

Liked: The location is perfect for me. It is located in the downtown area of Denver. Breakfast is delicious. I really like the staff.
