Disliked: The phone doesn’t work, the air conditioner making noise

Comfortable room, rude guests

Liked: Easy check in. I was acknowledged for my birthday. The bed was comfortable. The room was well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and amenities.
Disliked: Some of the group of students getting breakfast on October 27th were rude. One young man got in front of me in the pancake line as though I wasn't there, l was reached over without saying excuse me when one student reached for syrup, and there was a crowd standing in front of the bacon station waiting for a refill and blocking the buffet area. It made my breakfast experience very unpleasant.

Nice facility; we’ll definitely come...

Liked: The ocean view was wonderful. Bed was comfortable… especially loved the pillows. Room was clean & modern. We really liked that this facility roped off an area for motorcycles. thank you very much. That was a special treat. Front desk was very professional, polite & helpful.
Disliked: Although the room was clean, is was very damp. The carpet actually felt wet as though it had been shampooed and hadn’t dried. It needs a dehumidifier. We also killed a roach by the bathroom and a spider on the sliding door curtain. We are thinking this hotel lost power from the hurricane & just recently had it restored… that’s probably why the room is so damp.
