Disliked: yes I use a différent card to pay for my hôtel room but im still getting chargé from the card I use to book the room how can I get my money back from the card I put on file to book the room

Liked: Clean, great location. Staff was great.

Liked: Liked the furnishings/Decor. Also, liked the hot breakfast with a variety of hot and cold choices
Disliked: The room was spacious, however it is concerning for the hotel is practically new, the hardware, finishes was not quality installed. You could hear taking from the next room and hallways. In other words, it was not worth the going rate.

Liked: The property was nice enough!
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that the stay was paid in full days before I arrived only to be told I didn’t have a room reserved. After calling and informing them I would be a late checkin. Arrived approximately @ 11:30 pm. Did not get in a room until approximately 2 am.

Liked: the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast good. I really liked the rooms, the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: the only thing i did not like was the bacon for breakfast was not cooked enough for me. I just like my bacon crispy but everything else was good.
