I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. I honestly wouldn't recommend this hotel to an enemy.

Liked: They had breakfast.
Disliked: The kids running above our room all hours of the night; the hotel is run down and needs to have a deep clean. There were police at one point searching the second floor and a weird little man running around with a towel and spray bottle talking about a stain on the floor. They only gave us two extra towels for a family of four. The pool had leaves in it and a weird mud on the floor of the pool room.

Overall, in the current, overpriced...

Liked: The room was very clean and quite nice. Sound level was fair, although Iwas wakened by a loud conversation between a couple people around 3AM.
Disliked: See above, and heat left a bit to be desired - too hot in bed area and no/little heat made it to the bathroom. Heater also made a whining noise whenever it shut off. Main thing that needs attention we discovered in the morning - A window could not be closed all the way which meant that it could also not be locked!!! Being a first floor room, that was a bit scary. We did inform the desk about that. Advise visitors check the windows before accepting a room.

Liked: Couldn’t say one had thing about the place. Allowed me to check in early, and out late. Place was clean. Great staff. Near all the shops from food to gas to clothing. Very convenient

Liked: During check-in, the stuff was very rude and unprofessional.
Disliked: The way that stuff treats us was unprofessional, but my wife and i were advised not to take action by requesting a refund and check-in with the nearest hotel.
