This hotel was close to the venue that we visited, and that is the reason why I booked here. The hotel itself is adequate for an overnight stay. I felt that the front desk staff were not as friendly, or as helpful, as they could have been. No mention was made about the parking situation at time of check-in. I paid $5 for parking, and wasn't even parked on the actual hotel lot. Doubtful I would stay here again.

Liked: The beds were awesome and very comfortable!
Disliked: Not advised about the overflow parking off of the lot. Arrived after 10:30pm after the concert - there was no parking available in the lot.

Liked: Bathroom clean; beds soft.
Disliked: Could NOT access HBO channels (one was out while other seemed to be public access); children ran through the halls until 1 AM; walls so thin could hear conversations in ANY room; room not refreshed while out, despite being asked; asked for towels three times (had to find them myself).

Advertising as a newly remodeled facility our room did not seen newly remodeled, with the water stains in the bathroom. The door did not have a latch to go across so that let the maid in without anything stopping them and we were not checked out yet. Not sure if I would go back to this location. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Friendly service at the check in desk; decent breakfast.
Disliked: Water stained bathroom; cleaner came in to clean, only knocking once, and before we could answer used the key to get into the room - we were not even checked out yet. There was no top latch on the door so it could not be opened.

Amazing location, decent staff, barely...

Liked: The location is amazing.
Disliked: The hotel rooms are always dirty in some way. This time(my third trip) there was a red stain on the ground and pencil drawing on the closet. The lights in the bathroom always take a good 5-8 seconds to turn on after you flip the switch.

Liked: Loved the cozy bed and location of the hotel. Loved having the curtains open at night to watch the thunderstorm. Front desk pleasant. :)
Disliked: Getting up into the bed was a challenge for short people

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable with great bathroom facilities. The breakfast was good. Nice variety of food choices available. The staff at the front desk were efficient and very helpful when asked for recommendations for places to eat in the area.
Disliked: The room was little wonky. Little things like the towel rack in the bathroom was hung crooked. The TV wasn't square with the wall hanging and furniture. The floor had a bit of a slope.

Liked: Our room was was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious
Disliked: I am a veteran and when I asked about my veteran discount , the desk clerk stated that he would have to check with the manager. On the following morning, the new clerk told me that i was not eligible for it, but I could not understand the manager's reasoning for it. I showed them my Ohio Veteran Card which clearly showed that I was a Vietnam Veteran, but I choose not to argue with them about it. But I clearly felt that they were just trying to save themselves some money but not honoring your policy.

Disliked: As we arrived the safe was not working but was quickly sorted by the staff
