This hotel was close to the venue that we visited, and that is the reason why I booked here. The hotel itself is adequate for an overnight stay. I felt that the front desk staff were not as friendly, or as helpful, as they could have been. No mention was made about the parking situation at time of check-in. I paid $5 for parking, and wasn't even parked on the actual hotel lot. Doubtful I would stay here again.

Liked: The beds were awesome and very comfortable!
Disliked: Not advised about the overflow parking off of the lot. Arrived after 10:30pm after the concert - there was no parking available in the lot.

Liked: Bathroom clean; beds soft.
Disliked: Could NOT access HBO channels (one was out while other seemed to be public access); children ran through the halls until 1 AM; walls so thin could hear conversations in ANY room; room not refreshed while out, despite being asked; asked for towels three times (had to find them myself).

Advertising as a newly remodeled facility our room did not seen newly remodeled, with the water stains in the bathroom. The door did not have a latch to go across so that let the maid in without anything stopping them and we were not checked out yet. Not sure if I would go back to this location. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Friendly service at the check in desk; decent breakfast.
Disliked: Water stained bathroom; cleaner came in to clean, only knocking once, and before we could answer used the key to get into the room - we were not even checked out yet. There was no top latch on the door so it could not be opened.

Disliked: Advertised as having a bathtub which my wife was looking forward to. Got to the room NO BATHTUB! And there were stains on the carpet in a couple different spots. I also don’t remember seeing parking is charged extra. The lot was too small for guests and I had to park off site. I don’t think anyone should be charged if they can’t even part on the property.

Disliked: I was sent an email saying parking would be $10 for the night, which is no big deal. Then when I arrived I was charged $12 and wasn’t even on the property because the tiny parking lot was already full. For the amount that was charged for the room, I was very disappointed in the actual room

Liked: The hotel is located about 30 30-minute walk away from the main Columbus area. The German Village was across the street and there were plenty of food options nearby. There was also a supermarket nearby.The rooms were decently sized and quite easily fit three adults. There was a free breakfast with the room downstairs. he temperature in the rooms was nice as were the bathroom facilities. They provided shampoo and body wash.
Disliked: The beds were a bit raised from the floor so it required a jump to get on. There wasn't a lot of parking space outside the entrance but they did have a parking lot nearby. There was only a dingle elevator for the building but we generally didn't have to wait too long.
