Liked: Good location and friendly staff, except for bartender who told me to hold on a minute, then proceeded to have a personal argument with someone on the phone for the next 10 minutes. Needless to say I didn't get my drink.
Disliked: Beds were used and lumpy. Our room was on 3rd floor and shower insert around drain sunk when weight pushed on it. Possibly rotting floor underneath.

The rooms were nice, and very clean. Dining area and bar area were really nice. What I really liked was how patient and kind the staff was with my grandsons. Most hotels are annoyed by children, but not here. Thanks to all who made our stay so enjoyable! My husband and I intend on returning on our own - we don't want to stay anywhere else.

Liked: The staff was fine but the heater was noisy. Changed rooms. Better but not good. The shuttle driver was great. Afghani. Was an interpreter for us. Glad he got out

Liked: Location Location. ( near airport with shuttle!) Gal at desk was helpful with a personal situation. Appreciated that big time!! Shuttle driver very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Sort of dated. Had fireplace in dining area. Would have been nice if lit. 6 degrees out. I think I could hear people in pool area in my rm. Listen, this place really was just fine. Enjoyed watching OSU win championship in my rm before nxt am flight.
