Liked: Good location and friendly staff, except for bartender who told me to hold on a minute, then proceeded to have a personal argument with someone on the phone for the next 10 minutes. Needless to say I didn't get my drink.
Disliked: Beds were used and lumpy. Our room was on 3rd floor and shower insert around drain sunk when weight pushed on it. Possibly rotting floor underneath.

The rooms were nice, and very clean. Dining area and bar area were really nice. What I really liked was how patient and kind the staff was with my grandsons. Most hotels are annoyed by children, but not here. Thanks to all who made our stay so enjoyable! My husband and I intend on returning on our own - we don't want to stay anywhere else.

Not perfect but good value...

Liked: Overall we had a great stay. The beds were comfortable. We stayed two nights. We did get fresh towels after the first night, but nothing seemed to have been cleaned and the beds weren’t made. There was some mud on the floor in the bathroom, which was still there upon our return. The breakfast was so-so. The staff we interacted with were all very nice. I would stay there again.

Liked: Coffee (fresh ground coffee) in the lobby was great. Staff was pleasant. Due to our early morning commute, we were unable to enjoy the complementary breakfast. (Would be nice if there were pastries, muffins, fruit (apple, banana) available for guests who are departing the hotel, catching an early morning flight, before 6:00 AM. We really appreciated the complementary airport shuttle.
Disliked: There was a used/dirty bandAid in our room when we checked in. (It was against the wall near the desk.) The workout area was dirty, papercup and tissue laying on the floor, floor was dirty with debris.
