Liked: Was amazing but we rented it for the pool and when we went to go swimming the door wouldn't open the guy on change tried but couldn't open it and said it was the battery in the door and couldn't get in the other door either think they would have a key to open the door just incase of an a emergency of any kind would be important but my granddaughter was mad and sad that we couldn't go swimming on our .stay for the day, but we talked her to go to the movies instead, and it was fun to cost an extra 100.00 for us, but the price doesn't matter to make our granddaughter happy and to feel special as we tried to do with having a special stay for her school concert for the holidays.
Disliked: The pool door not to open

It was ok. But management...

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. However. I was going back to my room to go to bed, my card key didn’t work. I went to the front desk to let them know, and found out they had already vacated my room even though I had that last night.
Disliked: There was hair in the sink. Hair on the washcloths. Hair inside the bathtub. I would venture to say my room was never cleaned.
