Disliked: This hotel has a contract with the council to provide accommodation for the homeless. Very off putting seeing someone ask for money and picking up cigarette butts outside and wandering around outside our room. We stayed in instead of you going out to restaurant as we did not feel comfortable. I feel we should have known beforehand that this was the case. I was introducing my partner to the area and this was not a pleasant experience

Disliked: Had to move rooms air con was off but very noisy. Tv didn't work or any plug sockets in the room. Expensive for what it is. Left after 1 night

Liked: The Birra moretti was nice on tap
Disliked: That there was no way of being able to pay for food or drink at the bar with cash. I feel this is very poor and inconvenient when I want to use cash and not a card and I’m penalised. I also think it’s disgusting that you have to pay £8 per day for car parking which is completely pitch black darkness. It’s very insecure feeling and the cars are not lit so it’s a car thieves playground
