Disappointing

Liked: The view was nice, but my hotel room was dirty
Disliked: my room was dirty

Exceptional

One night stopover

Liked: Staff was friendly. The beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The pool was closed. Could not figure how to use the remote. Need some directions.

It was ok but would...

Liked: The property was clean and affordable.
Disliked: We booked our stay here based on the fact that it was under 30 minutes from the Cedar Point Sports Force for my daughters softball tournament. Knowing we would have down time we wanting a hotel that had a pool. We were extremely disappointed to find out that the pool was closed for repair with no date on when it would reopen. Also our TV in our room did not get good signal. So we were limited again on channels to watch while in the room. Breakfast was very limited. Which would not be as big of a deal but the poor guy that was taking care of the breakfast could have used some help because we had to wait for a solid 15-20 minutes for food to get refilled. Thankfully we were not in a hurry that day to leave.

I don’t think I’d stay...

Liked: The hotel itself was very nice and the location made me feel safe.
Disliked: There was a group of 10 children in the pool screaming to the top of their lungs with 3 adults for over 3 hours. We have an 8 year old and I feel that if they’re screaming that loud to make a child uncomfortable you know it was too much. To add to it, none of these people were staying at the hotel but 1 adult. The rest of them ended up leaving out the back door of the pool so that makes me feel like they weren’t even suppose to be there. I tried to bring it to managements attention but there was nobody around the desk.. same issue while trying to check out in the morning. Also a grab and go breakfast earlier than 7 would be kind for the people leaving earlier than that.

Liked: Easy check in . Very nice/ helpful staff.
Disliked: Got a handicapped room wich was way to small to even get wheelchair past beds . My son had to sleep in wheelchair 2 nights . Bathroom was the only thing big enough to move around. I was told that was the biggest room They had . Very disappointed with this

Nice clean hotel with friendly...

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, quiet
Disliked: I took a shower about 6 pm before going to dinner. The water was lukewarm warm, at best. I let it run for several minutes, it never got warm.

Good hotel

Liked: Comfortable. Clean. Big rooms, Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Quiet. Just off the highway, easy to find.

Superb

Liked: Cleanliness! pool hours 5:30am to 11:00pm. I like to workout in the pool in the mornings and hubby and I like to relax in the pool after a busy day of a motorcycle ride. Most hotels pool hours open late and close early. Location is in a great area. Restaurants/store/gas a short distance away. Very Friendly staff!
Disliked: The tub drained very slowly. We just dealt with it as we liked the room we were in. We had a nice window view of grassy area (we were hoping to see deer, but did not), also, our room was a few steps from the pool which made it very convenient. We did inform the staff of the slow draining.
