Very pleasant staff; very good breakfast and they always helped in any manner needed.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and when they found out we were staying because of the Western and Southern Open tennis tournament they had the lineup printed every morning - they were very nice.
Disliked: Nothing but the fridge froze everything - I'm sure that just needs adjusted.

Liked: Location was great! We didn't eat breakfast.
Disliked: There was an odd smell in the room. We bought a candle and had it in the room so that was taken care of by us. The floor was very odd in our room, very uneven and just odd under the carpet. I stumbled a few times. Never fell but seemed a bit unsafe.

We will go back.

Liked: Everyone was nice and easy to get to from where we wanted to go.

Liked: The bed was super comfortable, not firm but not too soft either. I like that the television swivels as well. We could watch TV from the sofa and from the bed. The pool was open, and the water was at a perfect temperature.
Disliked: The refrigerator was extremely cold. My bottled water and soda froze overnight. There were stains on the carpet near the TV.
