Very pleasant staff; very good breakfast and they always helped in any manner needed.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant and when they found out we were staying because of the Western and Southern Open tennis tournament they had the lineup printed every morning - they were very nice.
Disliked: Nothing but the fridge froze everything - I'm sure that just needs adjusted.

Disliked: Booking.com somehow managed to bump me from October 5 to October 4 and I failed to notice it on the email but I still was charged $200 even though I wasn’t there to use the roomThe general manager claimed that they were sold out but as of 6 o’clock on Friday night, they were not sold out because booking.com was showing me other rooms I could choose from.I arrived on Saturday to find out that I was booked for Friday and that I had missed my booking, but they still charged me $200 This was a mistake on booking.com parts somehow your website bumped me back to Friday because there was no rooms available for Saturday instead of just telling me there was no rooms available for Saturday
