Liked: The staff members were somewhat helpful.
Disliked: We booked our reservation on Booking.com and there were no age restrictions to check in. Once we got there, we weren’t allowed to check in. Additionally, we weren’t offered any other hotel options and they wouldn’t send me an email assuring me that they would waive the cancellation fee. To make things better, they charged the whole stay after one week and didn’t even send a notice to me before charging my card.

Liked: Good location to walk to magnificent mile and other attractions.Plenty of grab handles around the bath and shower area to prevent slipping.Good supply of Dove shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion.
Disliked: Despite being a queen room, it was very small. Wardrobe space was exceptionally small with no hanging room for dresses and shirts. No milk in room to make drinks, had to ask reception twice for some.Breakfast room really small for the number of guests. Eating off plastic plates and bowls with plastic cutlery. Limited choice, only 3 cereals. Hot breakfast was sausage, bacon and scrambled egg. Scrambled egg ran out one morning with over an hour left to go. No yoghurts one morning, only a few apples and oranges. Staff in breakfast room not very friendly, although reception staff were helpful.
