Disliked: The hotel has great potential, but overall, it seems like they are still amateurs in this business.Asking for a review on a very first day before I had my first bite during the breakfast is annoying. After that, coming again and again every single morning, the same lady would come and ask me for a review and ask to mention her name in a review. The lady who works there seems like she has never done anything in hospitality before. Also, the food sometimes is cold, sometimes warm, sometimes hot, and bread sometimes dried on the edges. End beside having poor service, they still ask for the tips in this kind of service, which is just for low-budget hotels.There is misscommunication among employees, because if you say something to one of them, the next one when comes to the next shift, they have no clue what are you talking about.The coffee machine in the lobby is always available, but sometimes there is no coffee, sometimes is cold and the flavors are not in the same order, which again, shows very amateur approach to the service.They advertise the gym in the hotel, but in fact, that is one small room, with just a few things to do very pure training. If you stay for a short time, it can be helpful, but if you stay longer, and the gym is important for you, don't rely on this one.But, staff itself is really kind and polite, willing to help, but it seems like they need someone to guide them in a better way and give them better training.The location is good, there are a lot of restaurants around, shopping malls, grocery stores etc.Overall, the hotel has great potential, but they just don't know how to maximize that.
