Liked: Staff made all the difference super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.
Disliked: Breakfast not as good as Premier Inn nor was the bed. The road noise was bad too and the rooms got hot in the middle of the night then cooled down again in the early ours of the morning.

Liked: Staff were friendly and hotel clean
Disliked: The beds were utterly uncomfortable, we stayed in room 111 and the mattresses actually dipped in the middle, visually you could see the dip and feel it. The other twin bed was actually on a slant, my daughter described it like to trying to sleep on a hill, totally unacceptable considering I paid £300, the breakfast was awful, stale and dry, and the coffee, awful. So many guests at breakfast were commenting regarding the hot drinks.
