Very convenient and the staff...

Liked: Excellent location. The room was warm and generally well-appointed. The breakfast was plentiful, hot and tasty with good choices.Kelly is a gem and recommended that we visit the zoo. The hotel offered discounted tickets and we had a fabulous time. The staff in general are so friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
Disliked: We prefer a twin room that does not have connecting doors into next room as we could hear our 'neighbours' at 5.30 am.Two small comfortable chairs would have been preferable to an office chair, but we understand there are business folk who use the hotel.

Liked: It was very noisy as we were right above the busy road. So not great for sleeping. Breakfast was adequate - same fruit, same yoghurt and cooked every morning. no variation.
