Liked: Perfect location in the main centre of Cheltenham. Staff was very kind, professional and always available for us. Definitely good value for money. They are updating the a/c system and provided us heaters in the rooms that kept us perfectly warm.

Liked: Location is excellent next to so many restaurants and cinema and 5 mn walk from the main shopping area
Disliked: The air conditioned was being upgraded so there was no heater. However they offered to give us an electric heater if needed.It is definitely needed so one must ask for it while checking in.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: No heating in room and portable heater x 2 eventually supplied with did not produce any heat whatsoever. The room was cold. The manager was smirking at me when I raised it ! So disappointed as stayed there before.

Disliked: We were a family in one room, so one king size bed and one sofa bed.The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and once opened there was hardly any space in the room.
