Liked: The gentleman cleaning the rooms was polite, helpful, and very friendly. Everyone else, not so much.
Disliked: Staff very rude. Called to inform desk we would be arriving late. Response was at best condescending. "Your room will be avaliable, That is what a reservation means!" Reservation for four days, but we were checked out after first day. Returned from funeral to find key did not work on second day. Young man threatened me with physical harm because I was concerned about the front desk being left unattended for over 15 minutes. Had to reregister for remaining three days.

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: Our room was dirty. Food in frig, dirty washcloth on the shower rack, stained sheets, stained towels. Stains on the couch and carpet. No liner for ice bucket. Only two towels in the room for a double queen room. Rough part of town.
