Disliked: Staff was preoccupied with houskeeping tasks while I was trying to check in and check out. Room lacked a microwave. Price was WAY out of line.

Love the Holiday Inn Express in Charleston. It was close and didn't have to move my vehicle for anything. I go there for Basketball State tournaments. We'll stay there again, just hated that my vehicle was hit in the parking lot.

Liked: Very clean and close to the Charleston Civil Center
Disliked: My truck got hit in the parking lot and the person didn't leave their name,number or address they just drove off.

Liked: 192 left me broke had hard time getting by after paying Cancer patient up on medical and find a place to live just got pay 30days shot till 3rd again expensive but pleasant 2,000 to be comfy

Disliked: Our room SMELLED like a zoo!!!! So so gross every time we entered the smell of sweat and BO hit our face and reminded us of where we were staying

Liked: If you are in town for an event at the Civic Center, you could not ask for a more convenient place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Liked: I received an additional charge of over $450.00Above what I paid for my room that I haven’t received a reason for yet!
