Disliked: Staff was preoccupied with houskeeping tasks while I was trying to check in and check out. Room lacked a microwave. Price was WAY out of line.

Love the Holiday Inn Express in Charleston. It was close and didn't have to move my vehicle for anything. I go there for Basketball State tournaments. We'll stay there again, just hated that my vehicle was hit in the parking lot.

Liked: Very clean and close to the Charleston Civil Center
Disliked: My truck got hit in the parking lot and the person didn't leave their name,number or address they just drove off.

Disliked: The rooms are not very clean. We had to be transferred to another room cause are 1st room had stains all over the bed and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. Second room was a little better but definitely not worth what we paid. Plus the shower didn’t drain so when you showered you stood in a puddle of dirty water. The staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful.
