Liked: Very clean and a great staff.

This place was so clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. We had their breakfast bar that was above what we had in mind. We "WILL" tell everyone to book this hotel when going to Hollywood Casino in Charlestown. We will be back for sure. Joe and Sharon.

Liked: Best short term stay ever! Close to the Casino via a shuttle - 5 minute ride.
Disliked: Only had one day event planned.

Liked: Location it was clean and the staff was very friendly and fast !
Disliked: There was some overly happy ( drunk ) people on the lobby during my check in. They weren’t being informative just very loud and as someone who can’t hear very well it made check in difficult for me.

Disliked: Unfortunately we had very little sleep our second night. Our room was above the casino drop off bus and people were shouting and laughing as late as 3:30am. They hung below our window as a smoking area. I would not recommend a room anywhere near that area of the hotel. We had a long drive to make and losing sleep it made it difficult . The other times we stayed in the last few months we had no problems. Upon check out the front desk person did advise me to let the staff know we do not wish to be near that area again.

Solid, positive hotel experience

Liked: Everything was satisfactory. The room was more spacious than I expected, and the breakfast was somewhat better than expected.

Very pleasant and enjoyable

Liked: Everything! Cleanliness. Location. Breakfast was great. The shuttle service to the casino was exceptional. The staff was awesome. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Awesome place to stay for a great price. And the service is impeccable.
Disliked: Fan in the bathroom did not work. I forgot to tell the staff. I’m sure they probably don’t even know where it would be fixed.
