Liked: Rooms were clean and just like home with refrigerators ,microwave and coffee maker..Staff was great and enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel was wonderful but...
Liked: The location was close to the hospital in which we were there due to family sickness. The staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. I would recommend to anyone.
Disliked: I didn't like that there was a daily parking fee. That was new to me especially since we were guests at there hotel.

It was miserably disappointing
Disliked: Surprise: #1. Had to pay $10 for parking. Booking did not mention the fact that parking fee existed#2 Booking info on hotel said there was a shuttle from hotel to location 5 miles away. A Lie.#3 Hotel allowed construction to start at 6:30 AMOur room A/C was so LOUD we could not sleep.I feel if Booking had done its job I would not have booked this hotel

Disappointed!!!
Liked: everything was good staff, room, etc.
Disliked: paying an extra $25 a night for amenities, (what the heck does that mean?), paying an additional $10 a night for parking at the hotel on top of the cost of the room and the amenities. I think that's ridiculous!! I had a family member in the cancer hospital getting a life threatening surgery, the only reason I didn't look for another hotel.
