Disliked: No hair dryer. One reception staff mentioned a policy about the age (?) or type of HIE guest which made me feel unwelcome. The other staff seemed generally unfriendly.

Liked: Handicap parking was good, on a cold day it was nice and warm in the lobby as we checked in, a smooth check-in, clean comfortable room especially the good sleeping beds, accessories such as coffee maker and refrigerator, large bathroom!
Disliked: More user friendly TV channel finding! Much higher commodes for older people and the public in general! Heat vent in bathrooms and exhaust fans (may not be possible in high rises).

Liked: The location was amazingly convenient. There were two restaurants and a Starbucks close by. Room was clean. Staff was really kind. Breakfast was tasty!
Disliked: I booked a room for two adults that was supposed to have 2 queen beds. This is the second time that Booking.com has booked a room with a hotel that was not what I reserved. (One king bed instead of two Queen beds). I probably will not use booking.com in the future as I don't get the room I reserve and they confirm is available.

Will not stay there anymore
