Upon arrival, our check-in was extremely quick (thank you Laura). The hotel lobby was impeccably clean. The staff very helpful. The room was also immaculate. Extra towels (thank you) and serenely quiet. We would definitely do it again. Oh and the complimentary breakfast was good AND sufficient.

Liked: Newly renovated…everything was fresh & clean! Beds were comfortable…plenty of hot water & shower pressure!!
Disliked: Had small issue with the blinds…phone in room didn’t work so went down to front desk. Agent at desk was of no help…luckily another employee assisted.

Falsely Advertised

Liked: Everything was BEAUTIFUL, except that I was overcharged for the room & it wasn't what i needed or expected. It was advertised as a bedroom with a tub & I paid additional for such room, however there are NO TUBS ON THIS PROPERTY & I WAS NOT REIMBURSED THE DIFFERENCE!!!
Disliked: Im disabled & was unable to bathe. The ABOVE!
