Liked: Great stay, great location, great staff. Our only concern was the road works which made finding the hotel even with sat-nav extremely difficult.

Successful.

Liked: Initially very frustrating when I had booked twin rooms, only to be told that Booking.com’s system defers to a “standard” room. Staff could have resolved the situation quickly and without stress if they’d just said the settee was easily made up to a bed! The location requires a twenty minute walk to the Bay Area or town, so isn’t ideal.

Liked: Initial room was very noisy next to lift but managed to change to a whiter room
