Lovely clean and smart looking...

Liked: The staff all seemed so happy! All staff were friendly and smiling. I saw people helping each other, and genuinely felt they took pride in their job. Plenty of parking, free breakfast, the room was well decorated and everywhere looked clean and smart. I liked it was pet friendly. There was a little bar, which I didn’t use, but it was there if I fancied a drink.
Disliked: The huge group of Americans that blocked the walkway by the bar, and made my daughter feel so uncomfortable for needing to pass by. So entitled and unpleasant!

Disliked: In room 309 Cardiff Bay,there was a noise all night like a pump/generator hum going off all night.Just awful to get to sleep which is a shame as it's a great hotel. We gave the receptionist feedback on it.

Friendly, comfy and convenient

Liked: Convenient to what we need. Have stayed before and always found it to be good and staff friendly and helpful Secure parking.
Disliked: Last stay some of the crockery/cutlery weren’t clean. I lost an earring of sentimental value in our room which we and staff couldn’t find - lighting for me to see fine details was difficult.
