Liked: Exception front desk staff. I rang ahead to say I would arrive late near kitchen closing time. They offered to take a food order, and when I arrived there was my tray of food waiting for me to take to my room- truly amazing service!

Pleasant stay with exceptional staff.

Liked: Considering we were still in Covid lockdown the hotel and staff did as much as they could in providing a menu of evening meals and a menu of breakfast items which you could choose from and take up to your room.

Excellent stay

Liked: Excellent customer service. Very polite team with excellent COVID-19 measures in place. Breakfast service and quality was great and the staff were all to happy to assist with queries.

Disliked: This place is currently being used as a shelter for the homeless and people with severe drug addictions, which there was no mention of prior to booking !!!Had no sleep at all the full night due to constant arguments but also for the fear of my work truck being broken into.
