Very bad experience

Liked: I had a really bad experience, the manager was nothing professional bad attitude and did not have any education with the customer services needs .
Disliked: I sent an email already to the hotel advising the manager sent a lady to my room entering screaming very load and bad manners because I have music in the room and was not load volume at all , I was at the balcony of the room when the lady open the room and scream turn off music or you get out of the hotel without calling me to my cell phone to avoid this unprofessional attitude.I have never this issue in other hotel .
