Superb

Ideal location for a visit...

Liked: Lovely room. Great staff. Good location.
Disliked: Unfortunately problem with fan in bathroom causing noise during the night. However I was compensated for the problem. Did not know I had to pay for car parking

Liked: Lovely staff, comfortable, great value for money. Ideal place to stay just outside of Canterbury.

Warm comfortable unit plus first...

Liked: Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast and excellent dinner. Wonderful personal service from House Manager, Murilli. He is a star!Ample and safe car parks plus easy access to motorway network. Good heating and double glazing ensured there was little noise from adjacent motorway.
Disliked: Limited hot water meant second shower was cold. A guest compendium would be useful. Some noise from adjoining rooms and from guests using the corridor. Unit quite compact.

Liked: It was all fine except 7am the neighbouring room had their alarm clock going off for half hour waking us up. And it was 1 hours forward so would have been 6am!! Wasn't impressed at allWe booked a night away for a rest on mothers day as a treat and a lie in. We def didn't get that !! But the hotel and staff and breakfast was lovely Room could have done with more than 2 tea bags thou. But staff Happily gave us more

We had a relaxing stay.

Liked: The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Room was good. Bed was fine.
Disliked: Not telling me more clearly at the booking stage that we had to pay £3 for parking.
