Clean, quiet, practical , excellent...

Liked: no twin rooms on arrival, even though that's why i specifically booked there, but they gave us a second room free of charge next to each other, which worked for us as travelling with my 17 year old son, but would have been an issue with a younger teen, was a sofa bed in room but not adequate for our needs, staff were fantastic especially Candice? and apart from heater/air con unit in my room not blowing out warm air, and unable to turn it off, Im sure if i had mentioned it they would have sorted but wasn't a huge issue , everything else was great
Disliked: system lets people overbook twin rooms when they are not available, They found a solution which worked for us, but might have been a issue for those travelling with younger teens or those needing extra care, unfair to staff , who have to deal with unhappy guests so needs fixing.

Liked: Location is good for what we needed. Also quiet place.Parking is good.Bar and restaurant spacious but a little cold.
Disliked: Our bathroom was smelly, and in desperate need of redecoration.No matter what we tried we couldn’t get the heating system to turn hotter when we arrived nor colder when we went to bed. We even struggled to get it to turn off.The 2 USB ports were not working, when I asked at reception if anything could be done I was told that nothing could be done. We were offered a change of room but decided to conserve phone power by turning them off. It was getting late and we had a really early start in the morning.
