A very satisfying stay at...

Liked: Plenty of choice of freshly cooked breakfast items. Also loads of fresh fruit too. A really plentiful choice of items to eat.The bed was really comfortable resulting in a restful night's sleep.Bathroom was stocked with clean towels and ample soap and shower gel. Top marks for the reassuring note in the bathroom stating that any items forgotten would bevfreely available at reception!
Disliked: Bathroom lock needed attention which I reported at reception when I left.

Liked: Breakfast and the staff were wonderful. The dog treats were a lovely touch. The beds were very hard but apart from that, we would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

Liked: All the food was too sweet, including juice, coffee from the coffee machine, and baked beans. It is almost like sugar was added to food and drinks

Liked: Staff were polite and the hotel was well run.
Disliked: Bed was way too hard. Hips hurt in the morning. (Room 119). The reception signage isn’t clear that you need to register your car in the car park within 15 minutes or get a ticket.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable
Disliked: We were not impressed that we had to pay an additional charge to park our car on site!!! We have stayed in this hotel on several occasions when we visit family but the parking charge will possibly see our custom go else where!!
