Liked: Dinner options and service, along with the excellent breakfast buffet. Very comfortable rooms with a good night's sleep! Excellent customer service from manager Jeff and the whole team.

Our stay was satisfactory and...

Liked: Clean , comfortable and the location was perfect for us.
Disliked: The room we were initially allocated had a faulty window so we had to be relocated to a different room on a lower level. The change over was done smoothly although this could have been avoided as the window was clearly defective and unsafe.

Liked: Breakfast choice was good and plentiful.Location of hotel was good for access into Cambridge.Very happy overall - Beds comfortable and in-room facilities were excellent.
Disliked: Restaurant menu was a little pricey but quality was good.

Disliked: Buffet breakfast (which was included in the price) was very disappointing. Some items cold, some dry and scrambled egg that didn’t taste like scrambled egg.
