Bad experience with the receptionist...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I didn't stay there as they say they didn't have my booking. The receptionist was unprofessional and handled it badly. A claim has been sent to both booking.com and IHG hotel. I do not recommend staying there as I heard I am not the only one who had problems with them.

Very clean and would stay...

Liked: The property was all newly renovated and clean. Beds were very comfortable as well as their pillows. The breakfast was amazing!!!! Staff was on top of everything. They keep it clean and stocked well!
Disliked: I liked everything
