Liked: Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: Internet was spotty the second night.

The room temperature was very easily regulated. Staff very helpful. Breakfast, especially the pancakes, were amazing. Had a very enjoyable stay. Thanks.

Liked: Excellent room, clean and very spacious. We liked the sliding barn door between the bedroom and sitting area. We all appreciated the numerous breakfast options available. My kids really enjoy the pool, but I think an update to the hot tub is warranted.

Liked: Location was great for us. Unfortunately that is the only positive I can share today.
Disliked: Likely our worst experience at a Holiday Inn Express. Check in staff were great despite being busy. Had no idea that hotel lobby was under renovation- piles of tiles, steel studs, DUST everywhere. The pool water was tepid, and the pool room was very cold! In the room, neither remote worked for the TV's, and despite being renovated, only had a couple of channels. To cap it off, one of the blankets for the bed had huge yellow stains in it, and when I called the front desk I was told someone would be up soon. After 20-30 minutes I ended up going down to lobby myself, and staff could not have cared less. The phone was off the hook, which explained why my call wasn't being answered, and when I said I had called down, one of the staff simply said, "Oh yeah." Add to all of that - the hotel was full due to a hockey tournament nearby, so kids were playing hockey in the hallways up until nearly 11pm, and started again early in the morning. If you can, consider staying somewhere else.
