Liked: The breakfast was excellent, best hotel breakfast we’ve had! Every single member of staff we came in contact with was friendly, very helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant experience. We had an issue with our first room and the front desk clerk was understanding and quick to get us in a new room. The replacement room was clean, fresh smelling, and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding was soft and cozy, and we appreciated the choice of firm or soft pillows.
Disliked: The first room we stayed in had an odd smell and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The floors had a few crumbs and lint in the corners. Front desk clerk said pets were allowed in that room which might have accounted for the smell. In our replacement room the hand soap dispenser wasn’t quite working properly.
