Cheap but adequate. Lovely staff.

Liked: We had adjoining rooms with our children and dog on the bottom floor right next to the entrance. Our room absolutely stank of cigarettes. Someone had definitely been smoking inside. The staff were very apologetic and helped get deodoriser and also offered us another room but we would have lost the adjoining room option so we decided to put up with the smell. However, I want to say the staff were lovely and offered us a complimentary drink, the duty manager was called Khelia or Khenia who was so kind. Our dog also got a little doggie bag. Unfortunately the rooms were in a noisy area due to main entrance and staying on a Saturday night but I guess that’s to be expected.

Disliked: Better selection of snacks as we arrived late and were hungry
