Good, but expensive

Liked: Very friendly and clean
Disliked: Disabled facilities on the 3rd floor! The bed was high, I'm only little, was a struggle at times.

Liked: Good location for us, breakfast good,room comfortable, staff all very helpful
Disliked: I have at this hotel many times, but this the first time I had to pay for overnight parking !

Great location and well worth...

Liked: Breakfast was great. Hot, fresh and plentiful.The room was a decent size, very clean and comfortable.The hotel itself was clean and welcoming
Disliked: Shower was not too warm and little pressure

We were all very comfortable...

Liked: everything was as we expected, having stayed at other Holiday Inns. We had a really good night's sleep.
Disliked: The lighting in our room was not perfect for applying make up in the mornings

Great hotel in good location

Liked: My room had everything I needed for an overnight stay. It was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The bar menu was varied, chicken curry was great as was my glass of malbec.All the staff were extremely helpful.I wanted to stay overnight near to Southmead Hospital and I'm really pleased I chose the Holiday Inn Express at Filton.
Disliked: I didn't like the parking payment machine.. it didn't recognise my registration. Even though it's nothing to do with the hotel a member of the Reception staff came out to help me. Somehow I managed to enter a leaving time of 10.30 at night the following day instead of 10.30 in the morning so I ended up paying £10 instead of £5. But after a long day at the hospital I didn't have the will to challenge it.
