Liked: The location for Bristol Temple Meads . The facilities were good.

I felt valued

Liked: Straight from Temple Meads to the hotel - Brilliant. Although I travelled alone, I met up with my sister there, as soon as Kane at Reception was aware of this he arranged for our rooms to be close by, which I thought was amazing. The bed was so comfy, slept so well. The breakfast was very substantial with first class welcome and very helpful staff.
