Weekend getaway

Liked: The breakfast was everything you needed to start the day, hot and plenty of choice, staff were lovely extremely helpful and very polite.
Disliked: We found the bed very uncomfortable very hard, I also didn't like the smell in the room (probably cleaning products) I think it was a very strong smell which contributed to me having a extremely bad headache.

Exceptional

Liked: Very kind staff, decent breakfast, comfortable room, great value all round
Disliked: The shower was great but there was no curtain, so it ended up getting the whole floor wet

Lovely stay

Liked: Excellent location beside temple meads bus station. 10 minutes walk to city centre.
Disliked: Very clean lovely breakfast in the morning.

Liked: Staff were very helpful. The room, at the back of the hotel, was very quiet.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little basic. Cooked food does not keep hot enough in chafing units.

Great Location

Liked: Fantastic location, right opposite Temple Meads and only a 15 minute walk to the heart of Bristol city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was a bonus.
Disliked: The heating is provided by the air conditioning system which meant it was off when you were out of your room and took a little while for the room to heat up.

Exceptional

Perfect for a short stay...

Liked: This is the nearest hotel to Bristol Temple Meads train station which meant I could not only make the best use of short time in Bristol, but that I had a good range of buses to choose from for getting round what is a surprisingly hilly city!
Disliked: Neither the air conditioning nor the fitted heating radiator worked, but a free-standing heater warmed the room up quickly.

Very good
