Good value hotel , convenient...

Liked: Good location, close to train station and buses into city centre. Friendly and helpful staff, good variety of breakfast.
Disliked: The lift was out of order whilst we were there, luckily our bedroom was on the first floor, wouldn’t have liked to climb up many more flights of stairs !

Good stay but lift being...

Liked: Decent size room, good breakfast and excellent staff
Disliked: Lift was out of order the entire stay and no expectation of a resolution date any time soon

We wanted simple, cheap and...

Disliked: The cobwebs hanging over the breakfast area were grim.The lift was broken, we were asked if we had been advised about this - we hadn't. No apology given.The aircon unit was full of dust and the sockets in the room were loose and broken.

Mouldy

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good..
Disliked: The room smelt mouldy and the shower was blocked..The design wasn't very good either. Tv wasn't on the wall like most hotels it was located to the side of the bed.

Overall a good trip but...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Hotel was very near the main train station and buses.
Disliked: The lift was out of order so we had to walk up and down stairs with our luggage. This wasn’t good for all members of my party. We were only notified a day or two before the trip so it was too late to cancel. We weren’t offered any reduction or even complimentary drinks.
