Exceptional

Liked: Great location close enough to the city centre without all the traffic and noise. Very modern and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. A good buffet breakfast from 7am to start the day (bacon, eggs, beans, several types of fruit, cereals, coffee machine, soy milk, juices etc). Parking is also very good underneath the hotel. Will stay there again.

Disappointing

Liked: Good location and nice breakfast.
Disliked: Booked a standard room requesting two single beds through booking.com 3 months prior to booking. I also sent the hotel a message requesting two single beds. However upon arrival they stated that with a standard room they could not guarantee it and they were unavailable.

Poor

Liked: It would have been a great place to stay, had our room TV worked and there had been hot water for showers.

Disliked: Requested 2 single beds when I booked, but when checking in the young guy when with the glasses and hair bob said there weren't any available. But the bigger problem was he was rude about it and didn't apologise. And he wouldn't let me and my friend share a car park, I had a bike and my friend a car, they would of easily and safely fitted both. Not professional at all.
