I checked in late hour...

Liked: Room was clean as well as the bathroom, one thing discovered was under the toilet seat wasn't clean so please remind the cleaners to lift toilets seats for further checks aside everything was up to standard .
Disliked: Toilet seat need to be lift and check due infection that can be transferred.

Definitely one of the best...

Liked: The room was really nice and the shower felt AMAZING. Front desk staff were nice and the breakfast area had a lot of options to choose from. Haveer and Brenda from the breakfast area were great. They were quick to assist when the apple juice ran out and when my daughter accidentally spilled her cereal. Thank you so much Haveer, Brenda and the entire HIE team.
Disliked: The only thing that we had an issue with were the beds were very noisy.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing... Birender, the breakfast service woman was friendly, courteous and very efficient with replenishing the dishes! Everything was hot and clean!Mohindra was great at the customer service desk!
