Disliked: The shower are horrible i slipped over and hurt my arm bad the ladies at lunch was not very pleasant to me or my partner there was dirty tows in my room the bedding had stanis on it was very of putting and the bed was as comfy

Pleasant, but not exceptional.

Liked: Great breakfast, comfortable bed. Location near Town Center, Trains and Buses. Staff very polite.
Disliked: Constant extractor fan noise coming from the bathroom. I was originally put in a room that was above the rubbish bins. I asked to move and the only room they had left was one without a sofa. I wasn’t refunded the difference in price for the 9 days!
