Disliked: We booked room for 3 adult with 3 singles bed but we were given doubled bed and a sofa bed . Sofa bed was very uncomfortable for night sleep.

Disliked: Bed was so uncomfortable. Not fit for purpose really, the room is so tired looking and the lighting is super depressing.

Disliked: One of young guy on reception was really rude , i touch fire rope by mistake he came us and sort it and behave really bad and we said thank you he ignored us . One of the rude experiences i ever had from hotel

Disliked: Beyond anyone's control but the only problem was, only 1 lift was working.
