From start to finish a...

Liked: From the time we entered our front desk experience was Great! Rebecca was so nice, great sense of humor, and met all our needs!The room was very nice and clean…very comfortable including the bed! The pool and hot tub were also very clean and so relaxing. The breakfast was very good with healthy options. We were pleasantly impressed!
Disliked: Unfortunately we could not get hot water. We let it run for quite sometime.The second day we were able to finally get some warm water. We let the front desk know and they were very accommodating offering us the room next to us to shower in. When we let the management know as we were checking out she was right on top of it. Offered us extra points because we are members and a suite upgrade our next visit. The hot water issue was just a fluke situation.
