Lovely minus the beds which...

Liked: Staff, location.
Disliked: Beds were terrible. We were in town for my sister’s funeral. Had reservations for a king room. Had to change it to 2 queens as my son flew in from Wisconsin. Beds were very small and uncomfortable.

It sucked

Disliked: Booked a king room and was given a single full bed room.Floor above me was making noise until after midnight staff did nothing about it. Tv service was horrible. I will never go back again terrible hotel

Neat, clean and tidy. Friendly...

Liked: Rooms clean and ready as soon as we arrived. Staff polite, friendly and responsive to any questions or need.
Disliked: One security issue I was disappointed in. Exit door at end of hall we stayed in was broken and you didn’t need a key card to enter. Bed was not comfortable at all. Mattress should be replaced. It had several spots that felt sunken in.

The front desk staff need...

Liked: Poor customer service.The woman that checked me in has no customer service skills. She was rude, non-communicative. She asked me for mt ID, then told me the breakfast and spa hours!
Disliked: A greeting would have been nice as well as professional! The construct noise in the evening was unpleasant, the construction workers keep the outside open, which made the stairwell and hallway very cold.
