Liked: Checked in late after a concert at Gillette Stadium - asked for extra pillows and a cot and they were obliging.

Liked: We ended up staying till 9 the same night due to the room smelling like mildew and the refrigerator didn't work the smell of the room was making my kids cough a lot due to them having asthma so we left the same day.
