Disliked: Our room was not clean. We stayed for 2 nights and one the second night while looking under everything to be sure we had all our belongings we found toys under the bed and woman underwear under the ottaman. Just disgusting! We were working up early by the fire alarm in shock and a burning smell. Not happy at all. And 30 days later I still have NOT received my deposit back.

Disliked: Mixed messages from the staff. Housekeeping banging on the door at 10am for a stayover and then not getting service at all that day. Had a problem with the key and the owner was almost angry because I interrupted his meeting and he grabbed the key and walked to my room like I was an idiot and couldn’t operate a key. Turns out he made a new key and not a duplicate. Staff , except woman who worked AM, were not engaging

Liked: I loved the staff. The room and bed were very comfy and relaxing. Breakfast was great Loved the variety selection of food.

Awful! Would NEVER stay there...

Liked: Some of the staff was good.
Disliked: Super dirty. & so many issues I couldn’t even get my extra towels. The beds were like laying on cement! The carpet was wet in one spot & the tub wouldn’t stop dripping. The shower curtain was even ripped! And smelled awful!
