Liked: It was good. Love the pancake machine. Hotels usually have the waffle maker and my kids always prefer pancakes. They were happy
Disliked: No matter where we book. They never can accommodate side by side rooms. One room was in 111 and my other room 121. The way it’s set up here is rooms were in two different halls ways. I always try to book a month advance so it can be accommodated. Back in the day we were able to book connecting rooms so we can open the connecting door for kids. So hard to find now a days

Comfortable stay, will definitely return...

Liked: One staff member (I wish I had gotten her name) was so friendly. I had basketball events to attend this weekend, and every time I entered and left the building, she was so friendly and wished me well and said she was glad to see me back safe, which was really nice. I had ordered food for delivery and had forgotten to include the room number. The front desk staff gave the delivery guy the room number and ensured the food arrived safely.
Disliked: It wasn't easy to connect our Xbox to the wifi. I'm not sure if there is a unique way to do it, but it was just a minor inconvenience, so I had to connect my Xbox to my mobile hotspot on my phone. I hope that there is an easier way to do that in the future

Wonderful

Liked: The staff was wonderful, I needed help, and there was a Spanish lady who was extremely helpful. Very pleased with the Hotel, breakfast was ready before the time.
