Liked: Close to ski resort.
Disliked: The room was very nasty. Hairs on both beds. Hair on the floor walls in the bathroom. The whole room was sticky, and there was no fridge. For what I paid for 2 night it should have been better. We come to Boone from Birmingham 3 times a year 2 for skiing 1 summer. Will not stay here again

Disliked: There was a used toothbrush and toothpaste in the shower, shampoo in the shower dispenser was almost empty, there was 1 tissue in the bathroom tissue box, the complimentary bottle of lotion had been used. Hair dryer worked for 15-30secs before tripping and cutting off. Not happy!! I booked a king room and paid for a king room but was given a standard room!!! Not satisfied with my stay, and my family was not pleased about it either! There was construction tools laid out everywhere. You could smell the paint being used by the workers working on the hotel.
