I booked the room MONTHS in advance. To then have room changed because of over booking. At checkout, I was not given a receipt to find out I was charged $20 for something. Didn't know until my credit card company notified me. Nice place to stay if you are getting up early.

Liked: The location is convenient to Sunset Cove Amphitheater.
Disliked: Staff is attentive, but from 9-10am, they knocked on my door 3 times when checkout is at 11.

Overall the hotel was good. We only needed a place to stay for the night following a concert that was close to the venue and reasonably priced. The only complaint was the mattress on bed was worn.

Liked: Room was clean; good water pressure in shower; good complimentary breakfast; friendly staff; room had balcony.
Disliked: The bed was a bit uncomfortable due to worn out mattress.

Liked: Breakfast mediocre at best!
Disliked: Sink didn’t drain. Shower didn’t drain. Water all over floor. Exhaust fan didn’t work. Mattress awful. Left a Kindle in room - no one turned in it so basically stolen!

Decent stay but was expecting...

Liked: Beds were comfortable and the location was good. Publix is in the same parking lot so very convenient if you need supplies.
Disliked: Check in was a nightmare. Arrived an hour after check in time and was told no rooms were ready. Not something any guest should have to deal with especially after traveling all day.

Got charged almost double for...

Disliked: We tried to check in early but they didn’t let us and then when we went to check in at night they didn’t have any more rooms for us because they sold our room to someone else. 4 people had to share a king bed for almost double the price I was promised on booking.
