I booked the room MONTHS in advance. To then have room changed because of over booking. At checkout, I was not given a receipt to find out I was charged $20 for something. Didn't know until my credit card company notified me. Nice place to stay if you are getting up early.

Liked: The location is convenient to Sunset Cove Amphitheater.
Disliked: Staff is attentive, but from 9-10am, they knocked on my door 3 times when checkout is at 11.

Overall the hotel was good. We only needed a place to stay for the night following a concert that was close to the venue and reasonably priced. The only complaint was the mattress on bed was worn.

Liked: Room was clean; good water pressure in shower; good complimentary breakfast; friendly staff; room had balcony.
Disliked: The bed was a bit uncomfortable due to worn out mattress.

Disliked: Bathroom sink stopper was stuck closed. Asked to have it fixed. They said it was fixed while we were out, but it was not. The shower/ tub did not drain well. Had to stand in 6-8 inches of water to shower. There was an area of black mold on the wall where a prior leak had been improperly repaired. The cooling unit would loudly cycle through our the night.
