I booked the room MONTHS in advance. To then have room changed because of over booking. At checkout, I was not given a receipt to find out I was charged $20 for something. Didn't know until my credit card company notified me. Nice place to stay if you are getting up early.

Liked: The location is convenient to Sunset Cove Amphitheater.
Disliked: Staff is attentive, but from 9-10am, they knocked on my door 3 times when checkout is at 11.

Overall the hotel was good. We only needed a place to stay for the night following a concert that was close to the venue and reasonably priced. The only complaint was the mattress on bed was worn.

Liked: Room was clean; good water pressure in shower; good complimentary breakfast; friendly staff; room had balcony.
Disliked: The bed was a bit uncomfortable due to worn out mattress.

Liked: The breakfast was very good and the location was good!
Disliked: When we arrived the chair in the room was broken and we could not easily open the sliding door and the air conditioner was blowing dust. We called the front desk and all the issues were fixed to our satisfaction!
