Liked: I enjoyed my stay and I loved the location most! I loved they have the carts to help you load and unload and the staff was very accommodating. I will definitely visit again soon!
Disliked: I would like to see a better variety such as a waffle maker but the pancake maker was super cool!

Liked: Very welcoming and accommodating staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Pool was the perfect size. If you are visiting Knoebels and aren't the camping/cabin type, this hotel is perfect for you.
Disliked: The second day power went out due to a storm, which was obviously of no responsibility of the hotel or staff. The staff allowed us to cancel our second night without argument (no power with a child is NOT fun).

Liked: Close to highway and restaurant
Disliked: All tvs in hotel are limited to very few channels.have not fixed though ongoing problem. this is not ok for travelers who want to rest snd watch tv. should not be charging full price while this is a problem

Liked: Cleanliness! They refreshed our room! Hot Breakfast! Loved the pancakes! Loved the shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom!
Disliked: Breakfast on the weekends should last later than 9:30 am. Need bacon instead of turkey sausage! I know it costs more but need a meat choice! Lol! Not much water pressure in the shower but at least it was hot!

Liked: Very quite and welcoming

Liked: Easy check in, friendly staff. We had to leave before breakfast started and the employee offered to accommodate us which was nice of her, she didnt have to do that.

Disliked: It was a bit pricy, but my choice.
