Disliked: Seldom anyone at front desk. Pool closed and side door entry key pad did not work.

Liked: One of the reasons I rented it was it had a indoor pool. When we arrived the staff told us it was closed
Disliked: When we arrrived they said the pool-was broke ,needless to say we were disappointed

Liked: The location for our need was great. The breakfast was great as well.
Disliked: The door to our room on the 3rd floor wasnt sized appropriately. There was a gap but enough that you could see out into the hall. But small enough to allow the door to latch/lock.

Liked: Staff very friendly. Breakfast options good. Room was comfortable. Uniform with other Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in.
Disliked: Pool was closed. Several projects looked uncompleted. Ice machines were broken. Short staffed,

Disliked: Pool and gym area were not operational.

Disliked: LOUD. OMG. ZERO SOUND DAMPENING BETWEEN FLOORS

Disliked: I wish that we would have been given a regular room and not a handicapped room. But we made do.
