Very poor experience.

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: Didn't even change the sheets. Asked for bath mats, which were never provided. The phone and lights were broken. Room service never responds. The lady on reception was not helpful at all.

Amazing stay at Holiday Inn...

Liked: I stayed along with my family for around 16 nights (25 Dec - 10 Jan). The stay has been amazing. All the staf members are very polite and welcoming.All the services we have received, are perfect. Every deparment is given five stars e.g. reception, restaurant and room service etc.I also stayed here last year as well.

A chilly experience

Disliked: The room was really cold, there was a very flickering light in the bathroom I did report the light on leaving as it had made me feel ill and I had had to switch it off.I didn't report the cold, but should have done. I was by this time fully clothed under the covers and didn't want to get cold again. The window was open when I emtered.the room and i could not get the room.to.warm.up.The cooked breakfast was also cold.
