Stayed here for one night with my daughter. Very nice, clean hotel.

Brilliant. Wound definitely book again

Liked: Very happy with our stay. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Mother travelling with a young child. I felt safe and happy. Meal on the evening, pizza was lovely and breakfast had everything you could have wanted. Hot and fresh. The rooms were so clean.
Disliked: The heaters in the rooms weren't working. The staff did bring me a Portable heater which eorked great.

Standard hotel experience though would...

Liked: Breakfast, nice room, friendly staff at reception
Disliked: Couldn’t empty the sink as the plug couldn’t be removedHouse keeping kept knocking my door an hour before I was due to check out and kept reminding me of the check out time, felt very much like they were urging me to leave, I take it that it is due to understaffing, like they wouldn’t have time to get every room clean and ready for the next guests from 3pm check ins - can’t see any reason they’d do that other than being under a lot of pressure
