Will definitely stay again in...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. About a 10 minute walk to the shopping area and New Street train station. Nice and quiet at night and no outside noise. Aircon was amazing in the room as it was quite warm there. Shower was super powerful. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The double bed was very small for 2 adults and the pull out bed was extremely small even for 2 children and not very comfortable. I would prefer a second double bed or 2 singles for the next stay. Duvets were extremely light and not wide enough for the beds. I would probably upgrade if the option is available.

Liked: The matters was warn out... could feel the springs in bag... cold air.. heating not working.. iv stayed in main holiday Inn... this 1 in Birmingham was rank stank out place... I left
Disliked: Full refurbishment of that room
