Liked: Nothing the whole experience was awful and racist I paid for my room had it reserved and drove there from another state and when me and my family arrived they refused to give us our room but they let white men stay there and told us there was no vacancy and we watch the manager let white people behind us get a room told me I had to be part of a basketball tournament that was going on this weekend and that I had to have reserved my room at the beginning of the week. He told me that I could go and stay at the comfort inn. There was a lady checking in after me and he told her to hold on got on the phone and he came back out from around the corner and told me I had to leave their property or he would call the police on me. Take in mind I had the proof and he pulled it up on the computer and say it but he refuse to let me and my family stay there we was there to see our first grand child that had been born. It was an awful and racist experience. I saw two white males check in and a white lady checking in behind me and ant white male heck in behind me and I was told to leave there property. So I will never again reserve a room at the holiday in express. Racist place and bad experience I will be getting a lawyer and I will be calling to see what other steps I can take to make sure this never ever happens again to anyone of color. I thought that these days were behind us.

Liked: The front desk staff, location near the airport, and breakfast were excellent. The room was clean and inviting.
Disliked: The rooms are adjoining, increasing the noise. There was no hair dryer in my room.

Liked: The front desk staff was great; very pleasant & hospitable. Check in was a breeze.Check out was smooth & easy as well. Staff members deserve an A+
Disliked: There was an "unattended" dog in the room below us... It barked non-stop for hours waiting on its owner to return.The bed, while clean & inviting, was extremely uncomfortable.The cleaning staff knocked on our door; waking me up; two hours prior to check out time.
