A very comfortable hotel and so close to the Symphony Hall which was essential as my husband cannot walk far. Excellent staff and facilities.
Liked: Helpful staff. Comfortable room with everything we needed for a good night's rest.
Disliked: Parking was a worry but we parked on the street via Ringo overnight without problem.

Easy access to Utilita Arena. Just 10 minutes walk away. Not enough people on the bar at the hotel and only a small seating area. Staff very pleasant.
Liked: Cleanliness of the room and comfy bed.
Disliked: Breakfast was dry, over cooked and not very hot!

Stayed 1 night for a concert. Hotel was great. Lovely clean room; comfortable bed; pleasant staff and lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Close to all Birmingham has to offer.
Liked: Great price.

Liked: Very disabled friendly.
Disliked: More choice in menu - breakfast was fine but in the evening, the menu should have more choice. I had the same menu the two nights I was staying.
